Case 1: Ischaemic LV Failure
A 68yr old lady with ischaemic left ventricular failure had the following ECG. Try and identify the abnormalities then see below for the answer.
Answer: She initially has atrial fibrillation with (presumed) junctional escape rhythm and bigemini followed by bi-directional ventricular tachycardia. This was a result of digoxin toxicity.
